The property

The B & B "Tana del Riccio" is located on the first floor of a family home where the guest area has its own separate private entrance accessible through an external staircase. Guests entering the living area will be immediately enchanted by the ceiling with exposed beams that gives the structure a cozy and unique atmosphere.

The common area includes a fully equipped kitchen with a living room that gives access to one of the most precious spaces of the property - the large common terrace that offers a 360-degree panoramic view of the hills, sea and mountains. 

The terrace is equipped with a big table and comfortable chairs where you can enjoy a nice breakfast or a cocktail at sunset in complete serenity while enjoying the beauty of the surroundings. 

The building is completely new and offers 3 double bedrooms (with the possibility to transform the beds into single) each with a modern private bathroom and a panoramic view.

The rooms are designed for maximum comfort - each one offers a large bed, two bedside tables, a wardrobe, a desk, a smart TV (with a free Amazon Prime connection), air conditioning and free Wi-Fi.

The environment is designed to make you feel at home, so you can relax and unwind after a long day at the beach, hiking in the mountains or after shopping in the city. 

The elegant bathrooms with shower offer every comfort with Scavolini design. Two of the three bedrooms have an additional private terrace with an outdoor lounge area for perfect sunset views over the hills.
